Vikram Singh Raghav has secured Rank 12 in his 2nd attempt in UPPSC- 2019. He has done graduation in chemical engineering. In 2018 he reigned from Maruti Suzuki to achieve his dream of being a civil servant.  Team 10Pointer wholeheartedly congratulate him for his astounding success.
